• Orders will be shipped using trusted carriers like UPS.
• UPS shipping is available for deliveries within the U.S. and its territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes.
• Expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.
• Important Note: Orders over $400 will not be shipped if the billing and shipping addresses do not match. If the shipping address cannot be verified, we will ship the order to the billing address.

Shipping Costs

• Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $249 (after discounts) within the 48 contiguous United States.
• Shipping rates vary based on the item and method chosen, but we strive to keep rates competitive.
• Sales tax is applied to all items shipped to California and is calculated based on the county of the shipping address
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Basic rates for each shipping method are as follows:
• UPS Priority Mail: $8.70
• Ground Shipping: $9.10
• 3-Day Select Shipping: $20.00
• 2nd Day Shipping: $30.00

Delivery Time

• Orders are shipped on the same day or the next day after they are placed.
• Deliveries to PO Boxes or Rural Routes typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
• Estimated delivery times for different shipping methods are:

• Ground Shipping: 2-5 business days
• 3-Day Select Shipping: 1-3 business days
